𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲!

On 24 June 2026, ZMINA:Resilience team, together with the Creative Europe Desks of Flanders, Wallonia-Brussels, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, invites cultural and creative organisations from the Benelux region to a dedicated networking session.

This event is designed for those looking to connect with Ukrainian cultural organisations and explore collaboration opportunities within the framework of Creative Europe’s special calls supporting Ukraine. Whether you have a project concept ready or are simply looking to discover what Ukrainian organisations are working on — this session offers a structured and results-oriented space to find future partners.

ZMINA:Resilience is a project co-funded by the Creative Europe programme, dedicated to supporting the integration of Ukraine’s cultural and creative sector into the EU’s cultural landscape. As part of this mission, it runs its own funding calls and a capacity building programme for collaborations between Ukrainian and other Creative Europe organisations. To apply, organisations must form a consortium of at least two partners — including at least one Ukrainian organisation and one from another Creative Europe country.

The event is timed to align with the upcoming “rolling” application cycles.

• The international cooperation call with Ukraine will open in October 2026. This call will allow organizations to apply for up to €25,000 to create new cultural productions between organizations from Ukraine and other Creative Europe countries (see past call for reference).
• Showcasing rolling call: Starting in June 2026, new calls for showcasing of existing artistic work will open every two months (following the Culture Moves Europe model) with up to €50,000 co-financing to present existing works and practices for new audiences.

The session will open with a short briefing on the current situation for Ukraine’s cultural and creative sector — covering the operational realities, infrastructure challenges, and the funding opportunities currently available for artists and cultural organisations.

Who is it for?

• Organizational Focus: Grants are available to legal entities/organizations.
• Open Sectoral Approach: No strict sectoral restrictions; participation is open to all cultural and creative sectors with a focus on participatory and socially-engaged work. Limitation is the Audiovisual sector (MEDIA).
• Benelux Interest: Specifically tailored for organizations from Flanders, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Wallonia looking for high-impact international cooperation with Ukraine.

Please note: This is an active, participatory session designed for dialogue and the exchange of ideas. We welcome everyone ready to share their professional practices and find creative resonance with others. Whether you are seeking a specific partner or simply looking for like-minded organisations to spark future collaborations, this is a space for mutual inspiration and discovery.

Highlights

• Pitch Your Idea: During registration, participants either submit a project concept for pitching or register as an observer.
• Selection: A committee will identify 5–6 high-potential projects to be featured during the session.
• The Pitching: Selected organizations deliver a concise 5-minute pitch focused on their project idea and partnership needs.
• Project-Based Breakouts: Participants join dedicated group discussions centered around the different project topics to explore technical and artistic collaboration. Inside the breakout rooms, they are not limited only to discuss selected projects, but also talk about themselves, their interest, and potentially looking for extra partners, sharing their skills, insights, and organizational practices for future joint initiatives.
