Matchmaking Session for “European Cooperation Projects” call 2025

Are you willing to apply for the European Cooperation Projects call but you are still missing one (or more) partners?

Are you ready to join projects as a partner?

Then join the online Creative Europe Matchmaking session on Thursday 13 March, 11.00 am-13.00 pm CET.

You can either apply to pitch a project OR register to take part as an observer and potentially become a partner for one of the projects.

The requirements for submitting the pitch are the same as for the funding scheme, i.e:

• To be a legal entity based in one of the Creative Europe participating countries (including overseas territories and OCRs).

• The coordinator must have had a legal existence for at least 2 years on the date of the deadline for submission.

• The European Cooperation Projects call supports projects involving organisations in the cultural and creative sectors of all sizes from different countries to undertake sectoral or cross-sectoral activities. Proposals are expected to present a clear European dimension.

Priority will be given to projects that are already at a more advanced stage.

Each pitch will have 5 min. to present the project + 15 min of Q&A in a breakout room with a selection of the audience.
