European Festivals Fund for Emerging Artists EFFEA: Call #5

A new EFFEA call for proposals will open on September 1, 2026. It addresses Festivals supporting emerging artists, by funding approximately 50 residencies taking place in 2027, each bringing together at least three festivals from different countries to support an emerging artist or collective.

Applying festivals must have held at least one edition and be registered on FestivalFinder.eu | Register now
